Biography

I joined the council as a co optee in 2006 and was elected by a general vote in 2007 for the easthorpe ward as a conservative councillor.

My full time job is as a driving instructor, and I work in the Mirfield, Heckmondwike and Huddersfield area. My hobbies include golf, computer gaming and looking after our 2 border collie dogs, which myself and partner, cllr Vivien Lees, walk regulary around the Mirfield area, if we can we like to go of to the east coast for long walks on the cliffs and beaches.

I am the current finance and general purposes committee chairman and welcome residents to come down and attend any of my meetings (3rd tues of the month 7.30), and take part to give Mirfield what the residents ask for, (if its in the committee's power to do so).
