Mirfield Moor Development

Government office yorkshire & Humber ( GOYH )  are now considering the many objections that have been sent in by members of the public and mirfield town council -  GOYH have a 21 day consultation period. If they fail to reach a decision at the end of this period - The secretary of state could have the final say.
If we lose mirfield moor to development it will set a precedent for all future planning applications along the A 62 between Mirfield and Roberttown. Many of our few remaining green unoccupied fields on the A 62 corridor could be under threat from development.
