Government office yorkshire & humber  ( GOYH ) have now said they will not intervene in the controversial mirfield moor development. The decision on the planning application has now been passed back to the local authority kirklees council. We have about 4 weeks approx, at the end of this period the Head of planning at KMC will have the authority to grant planning permission.

We could take some action by bombarding the head of planning with objection letters / emails,  this would be a last ditch effort in a bid to secure our green countryside.
